In the spring of 1996, TSA born . Terenghi, Secchi and Aurisano. The union of three experiences, matured in the use, the sale and the mechanical construction of corotating twin screw extruders leads to the realization of a prototype 21 mm in diameter. Five extruders for customers are realized and put into operation. Today, these five machines are still doing their job very well. It’s been nearly 20 years since that day. The extruders products are more than 300. The range has expanded both towards lower and upper diameter machines.

TSA has been in the past twenty years faithful to its mission. Realize simple and high performance machines , maintain a direct relationship with its customers and especially taking pleasure in what he does.

The extruder series FSCM, for the production of the masterbatch, whether dyes or additives, and work well. They are simple, reliable and above all capable of dispersing efficiently. They are generous in size and torque. Suitable for both extrusion of pre-mixes that blend into granules. The range of our extruders covers the needs of most of the coloring masterbatch producers and additives. From 21 mm to 60 mm in diameter the flow rates ranging from 2 to 2,000 kg / h.

The extruder series TT, for the production of thermoplastic compounds, whether they are loaded or reinforced,high viscous material. They are simple, reliable and above all capable of effectively homogenize. They are generous in size and torque. Suitable for both extrusion of pre-mixes that blend into granules. The range of our extruders covers the needs of most of the compounds of producers. From 27 mm to 60 mm in diameter the flow rates ranging from 30 to 2,000 kg / h.
